    What form of payment do you accept? top

    We will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover & PayPal

    What is your return policy? top

    At Sass -N- Class Boutique, LLC we want you to be 100% satisfied. We will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days from the day of purchase. Items must be unworn and must be accompanied by their original price tag and sales receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any return that doesn’t meet this policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please remember, exchanges are based on stock availability. If we do not have the color or size you would like to exchange, you will be issued store credit which will be good for up one year of date issued. If you do need to exchange an item/items for some reason, please contact us first to obtain a RAF (return authorization form) at which time, we will provide  you with  a return address.  Once authorized, please send your package via UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages. Handcrafted Items - Once delivered, all sales are final – this is due to the fact that all our cakes/cupcakes are handcrafted or custom designed. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on handcrafted items. Please contact us should you have any questions.

    We offer free local delivery (within 10 miles of the Howell area)

    Do you ship? top

    Yes, we ship UPS, FedEx or USPS within the United States.  All orders ship between $10.00 & $30.00 depending on weight and dimensions.

    How much do you charge for shipping? top

    Shipping is based on weight and size of product.  Please send us an email prior to ordering to inquire.

    We occasionally run shipping specials!  Be sure to check back!

    No, all charms are sold individually in our accessories category

    Do you offer Gift Wrap? top

    Gift Wrap is offered to all our valued customers for an additional $5.00 fee.  Please visit our gift wrap page for more details

    We have a "mobile friendly" version of our website (works just like an app) so feel free to go browse our site on you smartphone, ipad, tablet, kindle, etc... 

    How do POPITS work? top

    POPITS are interchangeable - they simply slide on and slide off. 

    Please note; they must "snap" into place to ensure they are attached properly!

    Do you do home shows? top

    Yes, we are happy to announce we do home shows provided they are within 20 miles of Howell, NJ

    All home shows are booked in order.  You MUST call or email us for more information.
